Accessibility Statement
Fellowship AI is committed to digital accessibility for all users, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design and build this website to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to meet the standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Accessibility is part of how we ship, for our own site and for every client system we deliver.
/1.0Conformance Target
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C and the standard referenced under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This is the bar we hold this site, our platform, and our client builds to.
We build and review this site against WCAG 2.1 AA, and we are working toward full conformance. Because accessibility is never finished, we describe our status honestly: measured against the AA success criteria, verified on an ongoing basis, and remediated whenever a review surfaces a gap. We do not claim a conformance we have not confirmed.
/2.0Measures We Take
- Semantic landmark structure (header, navigation, main, and footer regions) and a logical heading order with a single H1 per page, so screen readers can navigate.
- A "skip to main content" link and a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, with tab order following the visual order.
- Color contrast checked against the 4.5:1 minimum for body text and 3:1 for large text and user-interface components.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Reduced-motion support: animated and auto-updating elements respect the operating-system "reduce motion" setting and do not move, flash, or auto-advance for users who ask them not to.
- Full keyboard operability for menus, dropdowns, and dialogs, with no keyboard traps, and link text that makes sense on its own.
/3.0Section 508 & Delivered Software
For the custom software and systems we build and deliver, we treat accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA) as a build requirement when it is specified in a statement of work. We provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the current VPAT template on request for delivered software.
Documents we publish for download, including our capability statement, are produced as tagged PDFs (reading order, document title, language, and image alternatives) so they work with assistive technology, consistent with Section 508.
/4.0Known Limitations
We test continuously, but no site is ever perfectly accessible. Some third-party embeds and recently shipped components may not yet fully conform, and we are actively remediating any gaps our reviews surface. If something blocks you, please tell us. It goes to the top of the queue.
/5.0Feedback & Requesting Help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or want help completing something on this site, contact us and we will work with you directly:
- Email: [email protected]
We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the information you need in an accessible form. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
/6.0Assessment & Standards
This site is assessed using a combination of automated scanning and manual review against WCAG 2.1 AA. Our approach to data handling, security, and governance is described on our Privacy Policy, Data Security, and Data Governance pages, and our government-facing posture is on our Public Sector page.
/7.0Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is treated as a standing requirement, not a one-time audit. We review it on an ongoing basis and update this statement as our practices and the standards evolve.
