Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Fellowship AI website and describe the general framework for our consulting engagements. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement (a Statement of Work), which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
/1.0Use of This Website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Acceptable use of this site, and of any systems we build or operate for you, is set out in full in our Acceptable Use Policy, including our rules on unauthorized security testing, scraping, and reselling access. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until reflected in a signed agreement.
/2.0Engagements
Every engagement begins with a discovery call and a written scope. Fees, retainers, minimum commitments, and deliverables are defined per engagement and summarized on our Consulting page. Nothing is billed until a Statement of Work is agreed.
/3.0Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to the systems and information needed to deliver the work.
- Ensure you have the right to grant us access to any data and third-party accounts you connect.
- Maintain a human review process for high-stakes automated actions, consistent with our AI Usage & Ethics commitments.
/4.0Intellectual Property
Custom systems and configurations we build for you are yours, as set out in your Statement of Work. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. This website and our brand assets remain our property.
/5.0Confidentiality
We treat your business and operational information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. Our data handling is described on our Data Security and Data Governance pages. A mutual NDA and a Data Processing Agreement are available on request.
/6.0Third-Party Services
Our work integrates third-party platforms and AI providers (our sub-processors). Their own terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by third parties, though we will help you adapt.
/7.0Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
/8.0Termination
Either party may end an engagement as provided in the Statement of Work. On termination, we offboard you cleanly, returning or deleting your data and revoking access as described in our Data Governance page.
/9.0Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Engagement-specific terms may specify a different governing law.
/10.0Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Engagement terms change only by written agreement.
