Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we can delete and how to request it, including data collected through our advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. /1.0How to Request Deletion
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." To help us locate your records, please include:
- Your name and business name
- The email address and/or phone number you used with us
- A brief note on what you'd like removed (all data, or a specific item)
We do not require an account or password to make a request. If we can reasonably verify the request is yours, we will act on it.
/2.0What We Delete
- Contact details and any form submissions you sent us (name, business, email, phone, message).
- Advertising and analytics identifiers associated with you, including event data collected on this site via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Any related records in our systems, except where we are legally required to retain them (for example, tax or contractual records).
/3.0Deleting Data Held by Meta
When you interact with our Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads, Meta also processes data under its own Data Policy. You can review and clear activity that businesses share with Meta directly through your Meta Accounts Center and your Meta ad preferences. On our side, once you request deletion we stop sending your event data to Meta and remove the identifiers we control.
/4.0Timing
We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. If a legal obligation requires us to keep certain records, we'll tell you what we're retaining and why, and delete the rest.
